Vacuum Shapes are produced
by dewatering a slurry of Bulk Fiber and high temperature binders.
This manufacturing method permits considerable freedom to vary shape
and thickness.
In the semiconductor and electronic parts industries, keeping abreast
of increasing demands for not only larger sizes but also complicated
shapes, our ability to meet precise custom designs specifications
has been significantly enhanced through the use of today's most advanced
machine tools, giving more freedom to the design of processing equipment.
Any sleeve in up to 1500mm diameter and 1600mm length can be made
available. |
